Fallout 4’s next major expansion, Far Harbor is finally available this week. Bethesda Softworks released a new gameplay video today, “Exploring Far Harbor,” which showcases the new location for the game. You can check out the Far Harbor DLC video below. The behind-the-scenes video features new gameplay footage and also some new interview clips with the development team at Bethesda Game Studios.
Far Harbor features a new case from Valentine’s Detective Agency, that goes on a search for a young woman and a secret colony of synths. Gamers can travel off the coast of Maine to the island of Far Harbor. Inhabitants at Far Harbor live on the very edge of the town on a dilapidated dock. There higher levels of radiation have created a more feral and dangerous world. Players have to navigate their way through a conflict between synths, Children of Atom and local townspeople to try and bring peace to the land.
Far Harbor features the largest landmass ever created by Bethesda Game Studios for a piece of DLC. It also has new faction quests, settlements, creatures and dungeons. Players can find new, higher level armor and weapons as well. Fallout 4: Far Harbor arrives on Thursday, May 19 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
