I don't think there is from what I've seen, I played the game on Steam. Disadvantages of being a Mac user I guess, a lot of cool games aren't available on OSX.
Well, I'm really sorry to tell you that there are no available versions of that game for OSX, however, you can still play it on PC, as FuZyOn said, it's so sad that you can not play many nice games with OSX, they definitely should expand their games library and whatnot, otherwise they will lose a lot of users, that is my opinion though.
Since there is no official mac release of the game you could try out a Windows Emulator such as Wine - Civ 3 is a fairly old game so I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.
I have read around that kind of games get glitched due to the emulator and all that stuff, is it true? is it for any OSX version or for a specific one?
You can try using some windows emulator programs like wine as I think that is the most popular one. I've heard it works just fine though it may vary with every program you use but for the most part I think it does work alright.
