100 zombies 1 person.

I saw someone win in PvP once, 1v7. I know PvE is easier than PvP, but I'm not sure how much easier that is I guess it might be possible to win this with the right gear and grouping them all together

 

Not even. Give me ten of them at once and I have an issue. And usually it only happens when I'm too far away from my home to collect whatever I drop. I need a new strategy I think. Maybe if I teamed up with a friend and both us were maxed with good items. I saw a few tubers do vids like that and they almost all needed another player to get anywhere.

Definitely possible. Just kite properly. Smack em, back up a bit, make them miss or whatever, smack em again. Rinse and repeat.

I never said this would be the fastest method, but i definitely think it could work.

 

It is definitely possible. It depends on the terrain around you, though. You could easily block yourself in a 1x2 hole, covering the exit so they can't hit you. You would still leave a hole and be able to see and hit them. You could kill thousands of zombies this way. I don't believe you would be able to kill them in a plain field though. They are just too strong.

 

I doubt most people could do it without jumping on a platform or doing some workaround like that. I've seen people take out plenty of mobs in a straight fight without taking a single hit, although it isn't easy.

 

Should not be too hard with an enchanted bow and diamond sword, I might try it out and let you know how it went

 

Sounds interesting. I probably would be able to, but it'd be a very repetitive process. Plus, it'd take a heck of a long time!

I'd probably try and build/dig some sort of thing where I take advantage of my sword range.

 

100 zombies? I would die ten times over man. Never I would be able to fend so many away!

 

100 zombies, 1 man, 1 field, 3 blocks. Just stand on the blocks and poke away at the zombies.

 

If there is any lava then I would just lure them in there. It's probably also possible if I have some elevation where the zombies cannot reach me but I can reach them. It would take very long and be incredibly tedious, but possible.

 

Yeah once they start getting into the higher teens/twenties I'm toast. Not very good with fighting a lot of mobs off at one time. Though I do like your strategy, with a higher ground I might be able to. Though it is quite hard to visualize 100 of those things.

 

Sure you could, just build up a tower and look down using a sword to hit. Zombies are not good at hitting upwards. Or you could use a bow, and if you are smart you brought over one hundred arrows.

 

I'd probably be able to after a few hundred tries, but in my head I'm thinking I'd likely try train the zombies (Black Ops Zombies style!) and kill them all one by one. Shouldn't be too difficult with enough practice.

 

If they're coming at me at the same time then no thanks, maybe a few at a time. But I think I can. I would try to take them out one by one on a narrow cave or something. Once I kill one I distance take a breather and then off to the next one and just repeat. But I don't think I can kill the all off.

 

I think it would depend on whether I had the time and resources to prepare an ambush and defenses, if I could set up lots of traps with TNT and lava the n I'm sure I could make it, but not if I just turned a corner and a huge horde comes running (stumbling) at me.

 

Maybe I can, if I have enchanted armor,sword and bow.

 

I think I can if I had the resources and proper planning but if it's just a full on assault then I'd die on the first guy. If I had a plan though, I would take each of them one by one. Kill one, run off and repeat.

 

100 zombies? Oh man, that would take forever. I think standing up in the trees with a bow would work, but my luck I would run out of arrows before I killed them all.
