    Hello thanks for reading! First i would like to say this game rules! If u dont like it, ur lame af.

    Questions:

    1. What exactly does Local Leader Rank 1 do?
    • Rank 1: As the ruler everyone turns to, you are able to establish supply lines between your workshop Settlements.
    I was hoping it would connect my workbench inventories so i could use my materials from all settlements to build at all settlements but... i dont think that is the case.

    2. What is the best website to go to for mods & how do they work? I've never used mods on a video game before ,but with a game like Fallout 4 i think it would be worth looking into. (maybe a minimap so i dont have to open my Pip every time i turn a corner)

    3. My game crashes... a lot. Its very random but it crashed once when i fast traveled, and it also crashes the very second i die, I've never seen the game over screen because it just goes immediately to my desktop. I updated my drivers and reset my graphics settings ingame&out, which i feel has made some improvement. But since it does it everytime i die i think it might be a file thing? (&no, im not uninstalling my game & restarting. ill live with it :D)

    I haven`t got the Local Leader perk yet, so I cannot help you with that question. The best website to get mods will surely be the Fallout Nexus, once they release the Toolset for general use in January I think. As for you game crashing. A lot of people have that issue, but Bethesda released a patch yesterday, that fixed it for most people. Try patching you game with it and see what results you get. Cheers!

    Hi Bill :D Let's see here

    1. My understanding of it is that the Local Leader perk has a wrong description. What it actually does is different, it unlocks the trade posts. These trade posts can communicate between your bases so they can exchange various types of materials between them and apparently make the people in your settlements happier. It doesn't do anything to the inventory in your workshop unfortunately.

    2. Try Nexusmods, that's where Bethesda games' mods usually are.

    3. Never happened a single crash to me so far. Try to rebuild your game files on Steam is the first thing I'd say, other than that I don't know. :(

    I know you need lv 6 charisma and lv1 travler (I think its called) perk in order to have settlers go between settlements.

    My game only crashed once and I don't know why. At the time there was a big storm but the power or internet never went out. I'm not sure. :/
