    Quake Con was around this week and they revealed some awesome gameplay for The Elder Scrolls online. It's 30 minutes long and uncut, so all the great stuff is still in there. Check the video out below:


    This of course seems to be the build of the game and not the finished game, that's to be expected. It still looks impressive.

    This looks amazing! :)

    I expect they might add even more features in before it's released to the public. I can't wait now. The graphics look fantastic, and they might be even better come release day.

    Wow. Now I feel stupid for blowing off Quake Con. I didn't know they would have a booth for Elder Scrolls Online. Now I'm even more pumped to play this game!

    Is anyone else a bit taken aback by the reveal? I mean combat looks mediocre at best. What's up with it? It doesn't even look like an open world game. Moreover, the announced yesterday that it's going to be a subscription based game which killed my mild interest in this game.

    The game is in beta stages right now, so it's bound to look a bit rubbish at first. I thought they too, but it was mentioned somewhere that it was just a demo of the game in beta form. So there's much work to be done.

    This game is going to be epic though and I cannot wait to play it.

    Of course they are going to improve everything around in this game. It's still far off from release. But the question remains, is imposing subscription fees on this game justifiable? How long will they be able to keep the subs model alive? Are they going to meet the same fate games like Star Wars, Tera and The Secret World did?
