    What do you all think?

Former THQ president details atrocious working conditions at Metro: Last Light dev 4A Games | News | PC Gamer

  2. Like animals?

    Oh snap.

Looked to me like decent working conditions actually.

Besides, the point of the article is that the 4A made a game with 10% of what people usually get and had the same if not better quality of the final product.

    2. 4A created a fantastic game with a tiny budget
    3. Jason Rubin and THQ didn't do anything to improve 4A's conditions
    4. For some reason Jason Rubin decided to have a Twitter rant
    5. Deep Silver responded telling Jason Rubin to shut up lol
    6. There is too much corruption and theft in Ukraine

  4. Yep.

This is like the opposite to what happened with KAOS while the development of Homefront, really impressive from 4A.

How can we contact 4A? I just want to tell them they created an incredible game under such shitty conditions and that they should be rewarded for their gallant efforts with limited resources whilst having such high passion for their game.

Makes me want to buy another copy of the game just to support them more just because I can't go over to the Ukraine and hand them money myself cutting out the middle man.

maybe professor pew can contact them, cant we start a tread on the forum there we tell 4A how great they are and then Professor Pew will show them the "thank you 4a" tread or what it should be call.

Buy more copies of Last Light! My God these people should get a raise! I wonder what Deep Silver thought when they showed up at the "studio".

Some of the descriptions of 4A studios may appear to be horrible but what I want to know is, compared to other Ukrainian devs, how do they fare? They'll never get the same equipment as US companies, but I'm just interested.

Perhaps they accepted the condition because they made what they really loved to do?
Im pretty sure that's also why they got such amazing products, it's not like they didnt care what they did obviously.

yet I feel sorry for them to work under such conditions too. They earn better!
