The Luminai The half breed of eldan and human dna, is this the 4th dominion race? Personally i dont think so as it does say they are few in number so id doubt that the game developers would give us this to play as.

It's not the 4th playable Dominion race. But it is a race of beings for the Dominion. It would be cool to play as them, but there aren't very many of them, as they hold the highest leadership positions for the Dominion
