I got to thinking, is there a mobile version of Tera? I don't normally bother with gaming on my phone or tablet, but I would like to get some cheap and or free games for it and I was wondering if Tera has a mobile version of the game? If so, where would I look to get it? I heard someone say there was one, but I don't believe that to be true. I couldn't find it anywhere on the marketplace and there's no mention of it on their site.

Will there be one in the future?

Not at the moment, but it's possible that they will make a future version into a mobile game. I doubt they'll put much effort and focus on it, because everyone knows mobile versions wont compete too well against the PC or console version of games. I do like the idea of this, maybe play on the go. Would be nice.

I don't even think they will put a full version of the game on tablet/iphone, the graphics aspect would be reduced so much that it would be a travesty. I would go with a basic version that you could maybe craft or PvP on leaving you more time to play the full game on console/PC.

Not possible. The game runs on Unreal Engine 3. Similarly on phones there's Infinity Blade 1 and 2 using the Unreal Engine, but the size of those games are only 1-2 Gigabytes. TERA itself is over 25GB in filesize, and most default phone sizes don't even support up to 16GB without the need for an additional SD card. I can't possibly fathom how it would be possible to have the game run on current phones and tablets as it will probably run at less than 5 frames per second, not to mention how are you going to even control the character in the game with only a touch screen and no other method of input on a smartphone or tablet.

Personally I don't like the idea of playing Tera on a phone the screen is to small for my liking.
