A Zelda game in which link as a alternate "persona"?

You know how Zelda sometimes appears as sheik only to reveal her identity when it was safe? Wonder if link did the same thing? Like he is doing some type of stealth mission around ganon'so castle and hides his identity for bit?

In Twilight Princess Link turns into a wolf so that kinda counts I guess. I honestly don't see him creating an alter ego. He's the hero archetype representing courage. Zelda on the other hand makes sense for having an alter ego mainly due to her role in the series and her overall plot device.

I don't really see how that would work out, Zelda's alter ego makes sense while something similar happening to Link isn't that logical.

I forgot about the twilight princess wolf thing going on. Though I guess it makes sense for Zelda to have an alter ego vs link since she is the princess.

If anyone remembers playing wind wake this question is for you. When you first meet "tetra" she is a pirate with a nice tan. Once she reveals herself as zelda, it's like the pirate tan went away, like wtf happened to her? Anyone ever notice that?

This is the only realistic thing I could think of. Kudos to you Cereus!
