For me it was building a very complicated and enormous castle. It took easily over 30 hours over a period of many days. I had a little help, but it was mostly my creation. What about you?

    The achievement "Taking Inventory".

    Just kidding :D
I once made this labyrinth out of obsidian. It spanned several chunks, and was pitch black inside. You're given a limited number of torches, a sword and a fishing rod. There were lava pits you'd have to cross, jumping puzzles, pressure plates you'd have to trigger with the fishing rod, even had stuff that would only open at a certain time of day (all while you had no idea what time it was outside).

Sadly, nobody ever played it and it was lost in the great reformat of 2012. I'm hoping to recreate it now that I have my own private server and server mods!

I created a functional castle-city with one of my friends. Tons of farms. A lot of chickens for food. Water flowing from the east side of the castle. High walls to protect from monsters. It was truly magical. Well, not really, it was still cool though.

That sounds like a pretty awesome idea. I'd love to attempt to replicate something from real life with a bunch of my friends in Minecraft lol.

The moment you get done with an all-nighter build of a Mini-City! All I have to say is, it was amazing! (I deleted it on accident the other day when cleaning up my saves!!!)

I made an adventure map based off of a zombie book I had read. It was actually quite fun, but it took a lot of hard work.

Another achievement I was proud of was the "ride a pig" one in minecraft Xbox. This is simply because you can't Make a saddle yet. Xbox minecraft isn't quite up-to-date. This means that you have to search the entire map and hope that you either find one in a chest in a dungeon, or hope that one of the villagers happens to have one in their house.
But anyway. I got it. Wooo!

The first one, opening my inventory.
Jokes aside though, when red stone finally clicked for me and I was able to use it to build some cool stuff was probably my best achievement.

I think the greatest achievement for me was when I was able to find diamond, and there were seven blocks all next to each other. Was a great day for crafting.

My greatest achievement...when I finally completed this absurdly long sky bridge, ferried all the villagers back to my base, set up a massive structure (also in the sky), and finally started making my first iron golem. Then I farmed him for iron..it was such an amazing achievement.

Second best was my mob farm, and then the pit I dug all the way to bedrock. The coolest thing about the bedrock one was that I could actually see (and fall into) the void if I wanted to, which I always thought was the most fascinating dimension.

My best achievement was probably when I figured out how to make an obsidian generator and was able to get to the nether without any help from anyone. I was stoked to explore the abandoned doom castle and collect some blaze rods. It was awesome to finally make a beacon.

How do you make an obsidian generator? I've never heard of that before!

There are good Youtube videos on it, but basically you place redstone (not blocks) and then I think water on top of that and let lava flow over it. If i recall correctly.

Discovering farming. Believe it or not, I'd been playing the game for around 50 hours when I figured out you should use the hoe on dirt near water. Another 50 hours to figure out you could put seeds and carrots in that hoe'd earth. I discovered farming!!!

I never use online tutorials or something in such games.

I think that my greatest minecraft achievement was finding diamonds. It was the best moment ever for me. The moment I had tried everything for. I'll never forget it, tout can be sure.

Hmm, I was probably most proud of the first time I got piston doors to work. Press a button and a wonderful hidden home is revealed! It's pretty cool seeing things come to life with redstone.

When I read this thread name I thought it men't already made achievements in the achievements page and I kind of thought to myself " How would this be a ' proud ' achievement? ". After rereading, my most glorious achievement is Lordran from dark souls. Took 2 years to build and lot's of world edit changes due to new blocks being released and scaled over 12,000 chunks. If I had pictures I would show them but I lost my hard-drive awhile ago due to it breaking. Now I cant find where I put it..

I once made a huge castle with my friends too. It didn't take 30 hours but it was dope, had a massive dungeon.
