Amazon.co.uk cancels preorders?

    Hello everyone.

    First of all, sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere. I did do a search, and was surprised I didn't find any hits, but maybe I was just blind.

    I've had a preorder for the physical copy for months on the UK Amazon site. Then early this morning my time, 3 AM or so, I get an email saying they've cancelled my preorder because they couldn't source the items? I mean what the hell? I look at a thread on Amazon where I read there's no physical copies for the UK? Is that true? Not only did I lose a good price on it, I lost my preorder bonus AND have to pay extra now for the way I'd like to play the game, which I'm already against? Can anyone clear this out a bit? Is it as I fear?

    you should still be able to get it from green man gaming for around £26 if the 25% off voucher has not expired.

    Yeah thanks, I know there's a lot of options out there for digital copies. I just wanted the physical copy. And is the preorder bonus included in the digital copies by now? I wouldn't think they were.
