On a scale of 1-10, how much are you looking forward to playing Civ VI? How much of a Civ fan do you consider yourself? Civilization games have always been a lot of fun for me, but they've never been must have day one purchases for me. I'd rate my excitement around a 7. I think it'll be as fun as all the others, and when I can get it for about 30% off I'll definitely swipe it.
Well, I would give myself a 6 since I do not really know if my PC will be able to run it properly, I do not really like playing games on low specs, I personally like getting the best out of it, that is what they were really made for eh? Seems like I will have to spend some money in order to be able to give this game a shot right after its release, so we will see.
I think a 5 since I didn't really play that often and I know a lot more games that I would rather play than it. It's fun for a while but then I want to do something else and I don't really come back to it. But who knows, it might just blow my mind lol.
I think on a scale from 1 to 10 I'm an 8, I played the crap out of Civilization V and I still do, Civilization VI seems to be really good from what I've seen online. The game is 3 months away and I'm definitely going to buy it when it releases.
I personally would rate my anticipation at a 7. That is because of the new features which are available in this version as compared to the predecessors like the mods which make it far more exciting. I cant wait to get my hands on it.
I think I'm a 7 as well. It'd be more if I wasn't so protective of my wallet. I haven't spent 1 penny on video games in years, I either got them from friends or through more... dirty ways. Either way, the Civ series has always been one of my favourites, if not THE favourite. I would also be more excited if Beyond Earth wouldn't have been such a dissapointment in my eyes. But either way, I'm certainly looking forward to this one, it seems like the hype train will be worth it this time around.
On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd say I'm an 8. The eagerness and anticipation that I feel right now are almost palpable. I might be a newbie to this game, but I already consider myself a big fan. I found this game a little late, and now I"m making up for lost time. At this rate I think that I will be one of those who definitely have to have the game on day one.
Probably around 8.5-9, I absolutely adore the Civilization franchise, even with my immense disappointment with Beyond Earth, I am still finding myself very hyped for the game and everything showed for Civ Vi so far makes it seem like one of the best games in the series. I await the release date so I can get addicted and spend all of my free time playing it!
I would say about an 8. It's still one of my favorite games but I would like to see the first live reviews before I get it. So far what I have seen of it has really impressed me, but there is nothing like playing it yourself.
Good question, the hype for these type of games it's never too big, which is weird because Civ V is one of the most played PC games on Steam right now. I would say a solid 8, because I'm ready to wait for the GOTY edition since i'm pretty sure I won't like the release version of the game, because it seems like it will be as barebones as the CIV5 release version. I'm ok with it, I just want the final version to be a great experience. It may sound weird but for a game that will give me hundreds of hours of gameplay, waiting for it to be great doesn't seem like a big deal.
I am still relatively new to this game and I'm trying to learn as much as I can as quickly as possible, but if I had to rate just how eagerly I am awaiting this game, then it has to be 9 because I feel that I've missed out on so much already and this is my chance to really get in on the excitement of the game.
Well I can feel it growing by the day now, and if I had to rate it I would say that I am at a seven. I really have no rhyme or reason as to why, but it just made sense. I am hoping that I am getting my expectations too far up only to be let down, but I do have faith that the game will be a joy to play. Can't wait to take over the world.
