Any future expansions announced?

    Hey guys. I was wondering, is there going to be any future expansions for Warcraft? I ask this because I'm ready for something new. I don't play Warcraft a whole lot, but another expansion may get me back into it these days. I seem to be playing console games more lately, mainly because my computer was bugging out some time ago and had to get it repaired and I haven't bothered much with it since it was repaired.

    But I'm ready to jump back on my PC and get some Warcraft going. I know the last expansion was Mists of Pandaria, but I want more. Is there any news on more expansions coming? Or will they just make a new Warcraft sometime in the near future?

    I don't think anything has been officially announced yet but I'm sure more expansion packs will be released in the near future. I don't think they'll make a new warcraft, just keep expanding on it. They could potentially lose a lot of fans doing that.

    I reckon it'll be pretty soon if another pack is coming out. Unfortunately I probably won't be able to afford it. I'm just about managing to keep my subscription going. I reckon we'll see a new one around Spring-Summer next year.

    It is good to have expansions but we don't seem to see any coming very soon. guess we will have to wait a little longer :)

    Well they usually save any big announcements until their 'Blizzcon' . Lookinsms they have one every 2 years so 2015 may be the time they give us the news. Start saving for your tickets..

    I'm pretty sure there's one expansion left.

    Blizzard has said they'd like to go to level 100, but probably not past there. Since we're at 90 now that points to either one or two.

    Highlight for spoilers: with the way Mists of Pandaria's plot has been pointing, I wouldn't be surprised if this expansion ended the war between the Alliance and the Horde, and the next/last one was the giant threat hinted at by the Black Prince finally arising.

    Of course there will, there will be an expansion after that expansion and so on! Until they run out completely of subscribers, they'll keep releasing new content. Basically as long as it's paying they'll keep it alive.

    I believe they'll make something up, like wage war - and make raids based on pvp or something..

    Interesting... PvP based raid? How would that work? In a way, that is sort of what AV and Isle of Conquest are, PvP on the way to fighting a raid boss.
