    Hey you person(s) who is reading this! I was thinking we could RP about any post-apocalyptic scenario. It can include a zombie filled world, locus infested wasteland, killer robots overrunning cities, mad max style -anything- just as long it deals with the end of the world stuff. To keep things interesting, I was thinking at the start of every new Any Post-Apocalyptic Roleplay thread (that's if this ever begins to roll) that we change the subject which we RP about. So this time could be about zombies, then the next could be mad max. You would also be able to dispose of your character at the start of a new RP to keep things more interesting; or, if you would like, you could keep your character.

    So, what do you think? :ranger:

    Okay, good.
    Well, then, now we can discuss on what the topic will be about. I'm a bit wanting to fight some zombies. It doesn't matter what kind -running, walking, jogging, or a variation of all three. Any other ideas are welcomed and we will consider them. :)

    It doesn't need to be zombies. That's why I said it is okay to give suggestions on what we should RP about before we actually vote and RP. We should decide on something quickly though. It would suck to have this be a back and forth thing of deciding what we should or not do and have it take weeks before we get anywhere.

    Good idea. I will start the tread tomorrow and start us off. Not sure if you guys want to make a separate thread to post character characteristics or if you'd like to build your character as we go. We'll see ;)

    I vote that we have to create our characters as we go. In our first posts perhaps to keep us from binding ourselves with a regrettable set up.

    Just make sure you set a location so I'm not a Russian soldier in Brazil or something lol.

    I agree to this; starting with simple characters will make it easier to understand the setting and get a feeling of it, and it will also make it easier for each character to remember each other's basics and get to know one another. Then, it will be much more interesting to build the characters as we find loot throughout the roleplay, and that will also make the roleplay in itself more interesting.

    Aaron's also right about the location, we should choose something normal.

    About the setting, I suggest we start it just when the virus breakout has started, or shortly after it.

    No, go right on ahead. I writing a quick stupid paper and have to be somewhere in half an hour, so I'll post the RP thread when I'm done. The RP will be up in about an hour and a half from now. Just to give you guys an idea where the setting might be: I was thinking it will be at a fairly large town that might be pretty close to a city. It will also be Autumn. I figured the time of year should reflect the time of year that we are in now, which is Autumn, for most people her on the forum (not discriminating those bellow the equator).
