Depending on what difficulty you are on is there a limit to how much ammo you can carry

I don't know if it varies by difficulty, but on Ranger Easy it's 54 shotgun shells, 150 rifle rounds, 20 sniper rounds, I think 42 pistol rounds, 48 ball bearings.........

It's pretty fucking pitiful. There are a good number of guns that just bleed ammo in order to be effective.
