    Ok so first off we have to wait ages for this game to come out and its constantly being fucking delayed!! I think its so out of order that 4a have the fucking cheek to make us wait so long, and then say that they are releasing it in north america 3 days earlier than the rest of Europe this is complete horse shit. The guy who been doing all of the interviews is british so y is america getting it first? And really may?? We are not even 1/4 through march yet so its basically another 3 ,months! Please bare in mind that i am annoyed coz I'm so looking forward to it.

    The butthurt is strong in this one.

    (On a serious note)

    1. Deep Silver need to look over two years of work. They bought the title about a month before it was going to come out. Guess what they need more time. This added time makes sure that the game will be perfect and that ranger mode won't be a pre-order only game.

    2. Europe did have the larger fan base until E3. Last Light was voted on of the best games at E3 and it helped push sales through the roof. Also N.A. has more gamers than Europe.

    Don't you think we're all looking forward for this game? We've been apart of this forum much longer than you so I'm pretty sure we're looking forward for it also, but you didn't see us yelling when there wasn't a release date after the sale. We just waited it out and we got a date well before anyone else did. Learn to wait.

    1.) an articulate and well-reasoned critique of modern publishing practices, or...

    I've been waiting for 3 years for Last Light, 3 days later than NA isn't a problem at all. Don't get mad about such small and unimportant things.

    Indeed; Deep Silver are the ones mainly behind the delay, and they delayed it because they absolutely needed the time, and it's absolutely understandable. If it was THQ that delayed the game yet again, that would have been a different story.

    I can understand that you're annoyed, though. This only shows how eager you are for the game to come out and how big of a fan you are ;)
    Unfortunately we'll all just have to wait, though. And as a side note, I'd like to repeat that the little difference of three days between N.A and the rest of the world is insignificant and nothing that's worthy of thinking about. :)

    Thanks for the reply's :) i done this last night in a moment of haste, I'm am such a genuine fan and I'm looking forward to it so much its just felt like i was in arms reach (coz i thought it would be released this month) and the suddenly 3 more months i was just like awww! Like a kid wanting sugary treats. I know i havn't been on these forums for long and my forum 'rank' is low, but as far as I'm concerned that doesn't show how much i like the game.

    Once agin thinking about the release date, i would rather get a good working game then
    one with lots of bugs in it, and if 4a and deep silver think that 3 more months delayed is enough time to make the game perfect then so be it, but it better be PERFECT. The way i see it is im sitting on a plane waiting to go on a nice holiday but over the speaker the captain has to me twice that the plane is delayed, you wouldn't go 'ah thats ok i will have to learn to wait.' You would get annoyed like i did.

    So when you see all of you online american friends playing it telling you how good it is don't tell me that those 3 days wont go slow! Lol but i know what your saying, i just don't see how just coz it being popular at e3 that they get to have it first when the european fans have been fans of it for 3 years, its not necessarily the number of days its the principle.

    I agree it sucks and doesn't even make sense from the reason Pew gave.

    But yeh, anew developer will need time to promote the game as best as they can and a 2 month further delay is not bad considering all the logistics involved. Too bad they're not including ranger hardcore in normal editions, but if they did that would have meant further delays.

    They have to give the ranger mode with pre-orders but that doesn't stop them from releasing it as free dlc.

    I am pretty sure that the reason it's not coming out first for europe on may 10, is because The Great Gatsby comes out on that date.
