Are you gonna get Dragon Age Inquisition on the day it comes out?

I usually like to wait on games until the major hype of the game is over, but I might actually try to buy this game right away. Usually when they release games like this, they start out with a lot of bugs. I hope that is not the case. So are you a person that buys the game right away, or waits a bit?

Yeah, at least for this game. I usually like waiting a couple weeks or so for the hype to die down and then read user reviews and critic reviews about the game, but since I'm such a big fan of DA, I'll pick this one up on release. Hopefully it won't disappoint.

I feel like I will wait a little, then when prices go down a bit I might buy it. Maybe I will get crazy and buy it because I can't wait to play who knows.

Normally, I wait until a sales is on to buy a game I've been following, especially if it's from a developer with a history of show stopper buggy releases. The only time I didn't wait was when I was following Fallout 3 and pre-ordered it. I think it's safe to say that Inquisition is going to be a pretty epic game with the probability of show stopper bugs. So I will definitely wait and see how the patching process goes first.

I love dragon age so I do want to get it as soon as it comes out, but I probably wont. I'll wait for the price to drop down some. Also the video card is out on my computer so I'll have to wait to get that fixed so I can actually play the game.

I will probably get it asap. It looks like an awesome game and I would love to play it.

So long as there are no extreme negatives to the game (unplayable performance, too many bugs, etc) I aim to get the game within the first week or so. I'm very excited for this release.

Even though I stated I would wait a little, I think that you are right. As long as the game does not have bugs that render it unplayable I will end up getting it very fast.

I'm going to be getting it as sooooon as possible. Normally I wait for some user reviews but I trust that they're gonna do this one right.

I will not. I am wary about the game after DA2. I will wait it out, wait for a price drop and wait for them to milk the shit out of it with DLC like they always do and then I'll decide if I want to get the game or not...

Probably not, since my current PC can't handle it yet. I'd have to save up for a new PC first. Hopefully by then it'd be on sale.

I did buy the previous games the week they came out though. The length of the game is worth paying for full price, in my opinion.

I'd rather buy the game right away to get the opening experience. it's really exciting for me to be able to pick a game up immediately upon release. I love being able to jump right in and see what everyone is up to and how the game is shaping up.

I think I'll give it a try and buy it right away this time.

Usually I don't do this but I always wanted to see if it is any different if you buy it as one of the firsts. It would surely be a nice change of pace to get to be one of the first people who get to enjoy the experience and get to brag about it later on so yes I think I'll give it a try with this game and buy it right away.

I probably wouldn't be able to buy it immediately mainly because I'll probably be lacking the money to do so, also my PC isn't really the best so even if I were to buy it immediately which I probably won't do, I wouldn't even be able to play it! I'll eventually get that update, though! Eventually..

Normally I do not like to get games as soon as they are released I like to wait a little while I do not know why but it has something to do with being able to see someone playing the game first and giving a review before I really go out and get the game you know.

I am a HUGE fan of Dragon Age Origins and I didn't care too much for Dragon Age 2. I really hope that they learned the lesson with Dragon Age 2 and went back to their roots. Having said that I am going to wait for player reviews, I just can not see paying $60 for another Dragon Age unless it gets good reviews. If the reviews are not good then I am going to wait for a price drop.

After what happened with Dragon Age 2, I'm a bit fearful of what this release will be so I will probably wait for the reviews to see whether I buy it at release or if I'll wait for a price drop or promotion.

I'm not impressed with the Dragon Age series as much as some people, and I'll be holding off on getting the game right away.

I usually wait a month or so before buying any new game, mainly because of bug issues and pricing. Some games I wait for the bargain bin but this one I may see about picking up a couple of weeks after it hits the shelves.

Absolutely. I know that I should probably wait for some user reviews so I don't get burned like I did with Dragon Age 2, but as a diehard fan I really can't wait for all that. Hopefully they learned from their mistakes and it ends up being a marvelous game and not a regretted purchase.
