Are you ready for Minecraft on Xbox One and PS4?

According to most sources, Minecraft for Xbox One and PS4 is set to release within the next few months with no specified release date as of yet. It could come out sooner than later, though, and worlds are expected to be 36 times larger than on PS3 and Xbox 360. If you've got a next gen console, then are you excited for the game to finally release on these platforms?

I want to play the game, so I would love for it to be on the ps4. I am going to get it on the PC first and see how it goes. I think that I am going to like it better on the PC since I play most of my games on the PC anyway.

Uh, the difference between the PS4 and PS3? I got nothing. The PS3 version was alright, it wasn't anything special. It was amazing to people who had never played it before, but the PC version was already out for a long time and for PC players, I was sorely dissapointed in the PS3 version. It was laggy, the mechanics were weird with a controller and the world was limited. Come on. I hope that the PS4 version fixes this, but I don't think that's possible. It's the exact same thing, maybe they'll do something with the touchpad but yeah. Same goes for the Xbox 360 version and the Xbox One version. The same exact thing. Hopefully, this Minecraft is more optimized than the previous version and with a full next gen console resource at your side, that won't be a problem.

Nah. I don't really care, Minecraft on PC has always been one step ahead, anyways.
Might be cool to see how much you can up the graphics on next gen consoles, though.

Well I mean the Minecraft for Xbox 360 kind of sucks, are they going to make it so you can add texture packs some way on the Xbox one? I won't be worried because I am a champion player and I play on PC like a boss.

It'll be nice to have a version that doesn't freeze on menu open and a higher framerate for splitscreen but otherwise I don't care so much..

I don't have either system, but if they're anything like on the 360 then I probably wouldn't enjoy them, because there is so much more to the PC version right now.

I've never been a fan of console version's of Minecraft. The PC version just has so much more to offer.

Meh, I'm pretty neutral about it. I think that the majority of the Minecraft community will still revolve around the PC version of Minecraft, however.

I'm so looking forward to it. My computer doesn't run it very well so I'm thinking my experience should be better on xbox one!!

I'm not that excited mostly because I don't have either system. :)

It's not going to be much different from the other consoles, but I think it will be pretty nice to have.
