    According to the Metro wikia, the gas masks that Artyom finds & uses throughout the game are PPM-88s. However, the one you linked to looks even more similar so I'm not sure anymore. It would make more sense for it to be a PPM-88 since that's Russian and there'd be plenty of those lying around in Russia, but the Finnish model you linked to looks clearly more like the one in the game.

    I'd rather really want to see the gas mask that Artyom wears in the end of the live trailer, the one in Stevetheranger's picture.

    I don't think it's the PMK, really. It looks more like the M15 gas mask, but the lenses on Artyom's mask are a little smaller if I'm correct.

    I still think that looks much more like the PMK. I've made a few screenshots below.

    I'd say that it has to be the PMK - no other gas mask I've seen looks so similar to the one in the trailer. The M15's eyepieces are way too long to be the one. Besides, M15 is Israeli; it would make more sense for Artyom to wear the Russian PMK. Also, there's a funny detail that the director(s) of the live action trailer must have overlooked: Artyom doesn't have any filters attached to his mask in the trailer. :lol:

    Which one? If you're looking for the PMK, I can give you a link to a guy on eBay who sells tons of these from Lithuania - ships all over the world, I think. He's got the variant with black rims and voice diaphragm - apparently, it's harder to find than the other one.

    I'm not sure if that is Artyom in the trailer seeing as the man at the end of the trailer is also the baby. Meaning if that man was Artyom his mother would have died when the bombs fell. I do just think it is a random ranger though.

    The PM-88 does look alot like Artyom's but not as much as the one that was linked.

    Well, I think the director(s) of the trailer probably weren't thinking about who it was. They just wanted something to attract new fans. But yeah, it can't be Artyom since we've already discussed that in another thread and people made very good points against it.
