Automatic upgrade to Mists of Pandaria

    Blizzard just announced that all expansions up to Mists of Pandaria are now available in digital format for $19.99 and all subscribers will have full access to the content of Pandaland without having to buy that expansion or paying more. Just in time to try and bring up their subscriber base before Warlords of Draenor hits next month.

    That's great! They should have done that for all of their expansions to avoid confusion and unnecessary expenses. Their battle chest for vanilla+TBC confused many players, when it was offered as the base game at the official site.

    Of course this happens just a couple of weeks after I pay $15 to have my account upgraded to Mists, if I hadn't paid anything then it would have been automatically upgraded at no cost.

    I only just realized halfway through the trial that my character's monk class was a Pandaria-related class. When I realized that I could be a monk-panda if or when I bought the full game, I became very happy. Since it's their anniversary today (that's today right?) maybe they'll automatically update the game with another expansion pack too.

    I am glad that they finally decided to make things a bit easier for the subscribers. I for one hope that they announce the same thing for other expansion packs too.
