Battleborn vs Overwatch

I'm not that familiar with Battleborn, after a quick search on Google I noticed the similarities between the two games, but I think Overwatch has the upperhand in this "duel".

 

From the things I've read so far on the internet, Battleborn will be at least interesting to play, meanwhile Overwatch has not draw my attention so far, I believe this one to be a close duel, but in the end Battleborn seems to win at least so far. We have yet to wait for the game release and then for reviews.

 

I'll probably end up getting both but for now I'm more interested in overwatch simply because I'm more attracted to its design style as I'm usually not that much into fantastical themes like the one in battle born but that said I always end up still liking fantastical themed games eventually once I start playing them so I'm sure I will still enjoy BB just as much once I get to try it out for myself.

 

I'd say a major plus for Overwatch is that it's developed by Blizzard, even though 2K is a trust-worthy company as well. I guess we'll live and see what happens.

 

I will check them both out for sure. I think both games will be really good and a good addition for any MOBA fan out there.

 

Let's hope we'll live and see what happens, but I can't see how being developed by Blizzard is a big plus, otherwise that the fact they are a big company, they haven't always provided quality products, but they for sure always provided expensive stuff.

I'll also check out both games when they'll be released, probably you're right, they'll both be a good addition for any MOBA fan.

 

I played the Battleborn beta and it was enjoyable. I feel like Overwatch is better though, it just has better gameplay.

 

I definitely want to try both as well but I have my heart set on overwatch at the moment. I have a feeling it's going to be one of those really solid, all around games that doesn't lose steam for a long time.

 

Overwatch will be up there due to Blizzard. That will give it a big leg up, but Battleborn looks solid. I'll likely enjoy playing both.

 

Hmmm... That's a tough question. For me, I love them both actually. Battleborn is more of a MOBA-FPS-RPG, with elements of Borderlands here and there. You play defend and attack at the same time. The story is based off of episodes, much like television series.

On the other hand, Overwatch is more of traditional FPG, almost comparable to TF. In this one, you either attack or defend, much like DoTa or LoL. There are different modes, incursion, devastation and meltdown.

I'll probably get them both just so I have different options for everyday. If you want strategic and MOBA, then go for Battleborn. If you want action and brawl, go for Overwatch. They're very different, at least for me, and each has its own advantages.
