Best fantasy universe?

    I think this is the best fantasy universe ever created. Better than WOW & Skyrim even for me. It might be partly down to the fact that I get a bit of nostalgia from the LOTR, but the universe that Tolkien created and that Peter Jackson brought to life is amazing. The games are also fantastic.

    What are your thoughts?

    Certainly not better than Skyrim!! Never, this game was good, but skyrim is great.

    Well, I've read all the books and watched the movies, so I love the LOTR fantasy universe :)

    I'm not talking about the gameplay or missions exactly, I'm more talking about the actual environment, the lore and history of the world. I think LOTR's is a bit richer than Skyrim's to be honest.

    I have to agree here.

    I would say the WOW universe is after that for me, I've had so much fun exploring the world and getting to know all the different places of it. Although Game of thrones isn't an MMORPG or RPG (yet), I think that comes 3rd for me.
