When I play Vayne or Varus I like Sona as my support. Girl got that heal and stun for the win. I like playing with Blitzcrank only if he/she is really good at baiting and hooking. Nautilus ain't that bad too with that anchor. What do you think is the best support for your ADR?

Alistar seems to be the best choice for this season thus far. He's just better in all aspects than most support mainly because his CC is unbeatable. I don't personally know of any other champ that's got such a good amount of CC. My 2nd would be Blitzcrank because of that amazing grab he's got!

I like playing Vayne with Lulu or Thresh. They both offer a large variety of protection and also skills for diving for their ADC. Leona with Graves is also a fun combo. It's pure, raw damage and you can "explode" whoever is going to go through your lane.

I've been loving Sona and Soraka since day one, but they murdered Soraka. Now I only really play Sona.

However I got into playing tanky supports lately. Blitz, Thresh, Taric and the like. Anyone with a disrupt long enough for my ADC to capitalize.

Why do you think that about Soraka? I recently watched aphromoo (Challenger player and LCS player for CLG) and he banned Soraka most of the time he played. She's pretty strong right now, definitely better than she used to be, in the past.

I think she's worst. Having to use Starcall to fuel her heals is stupid. I'm a wait and heal, poke if needed. E is opportunistic, I won't lie. But it's not enough to redeem her as a support, imo. Maybe Her R, that's about it. And I can think of better Rs. Lulu for example.

Constant Starcalling when it's up to heal back health to keep healing? Stupid. Pointless. What other support loses life to heal? None. They lost mana. A cool down, perhaps. But how they've changed her kit since season one has made me hate her. I've been playing so long, they've changed so many of my champions I remember their old, likable versions, and this newer change is just that - change. Maybe I'm not ready to accept it, but I just can't play her. I'd rather Sona or Taric now.

I'm just pissed they gave her mana problems, just doesn't fit her play style. I'm loosing a shit ton of health as is so damn give me something I can work with.

The best combo out there right now Is Kalista and Thresh, that E passive/W passive synergy is op as fuck. Have like 3-4 forms of CC between the two and can just blow anyone up with kalista ult.

If you're willing to invest in HP Regen runes and proper masteries Soraka will be a force to be reckoned with. She's not really top tier, but she's pretty strong right now.

Tbh, imo you have to play what you like to play with, not the ones people would consider "effective", or "meta", if you like playing with a champion at bottom lane (I mean support), then play with that. You'll have a much better moral on the game and you'll have fun too, even your mistakes will seem less more stressing, because you're comfortable with your champion. Harmony is much more valuable at bottom lane (between the duo) than having strong matchups, they can f*ck-up easily, if they don't have the synergy.

I'm a big fan of playing Ashe and I think the best synergizer with Ashe is Thresh.
Now I'm not really educated regarding all of those actual combos, but I know that because Ashe is squishy, thresh's lantern really helps. and if thresh lands a hook, it makes it really easy to slow and then ult.
Try it out, although, I only play with my good friend and we have Skype going.

I've been on Janna and Thresh a lot lately. I love Janna's shield and early AD boost - lets people like Cait snap off a quick first blood. Thresh is awesome post 2 with both lantern and hook as well. I can keep em in line for a couple of autos everytime I land it, we can win exchanges and ultimately the lane. And that lantern is game changing if you use it the right way.

I am usually the more passive person. So I don't like to engage a lot. That's why I have a support. I think supports like Leona or Nami is my favorite supports for when I am playing. Usually I am playing Ashe or MF, I will need the peel. Kiting won't be enough for a little Ashe who is literally the worst when it comes to mobility.

I don't play much ADR but if ever I do, I want my support to be either Malphite or Blitzcrank and they better be good since I'm not a kick ass ADR. I mean, if we go on a clash in bot lane and my support dies, I won't be able to do anything that's why I would be needing tanky champs for support.
