What is the most interesting thing you learned to do in Minecraft? Is it farming? Is it going to the Nether? Is it building with redstone or is itjust simply building big structures?
You can write it in this post.

Mine is making big underground railroad systems, making a huge mining complex. When I discovered this, I made the biggest mining complex with 2 other friends to mine diamonds. 3x3 shafts, all kinds of switches all branching from a huge underground hall (railroad) wich a lot of chests for resources and of course mine carts

I remember I made this huge fortress on a big mountain with my friends, it was made completely of stone bricks and there was this automated defense system where if you triggered the ring of pressure plates outside the fortress, you would be blown to bits by the cannons while arrows rained from the sky. It was a pretty epic system that worked flawlessly, only work that had to be done was reloading the cannons and arrow dispensers.

Oh yeah, it was awesome when I discovered how to make cannons. I don't think I ever really made one in survival though, maybe I should try. It would be a fun and a rather destructive challenge!

I feel like a big noob now! HOW DO YOU MAKE CANNONS?!?! Anyway, I really enjoyed making trapdoors and arrowtraps. I've used them quite a lot in online play. These are also fine to use in single player, however cannons seem a waste of resources (even though I don't know what they are).

Cannons are great on multiplayer if you can find some obsidian. it really helps kill random people who want to start trouble or mobs :p

You didn't answer my question. How can you make a cannon? I've never heard about it.

I think the best thing I have discovered was using redstone to make a trap because I was just messing around and it turned out to work. Was great fun after that as I would trap my house for zombies.

My greatest discovery for all purposes, ever, is the creation of mob farms. It is extremely useful and fun to build at the same time. Without it, I fear that I may never be able to really get into enchanting, and it is with the aid of mob farms that I made myself a set of protection IV armour in servers, after tons of exp spent enchanting and enchanting again. On creative mode, it is also fun to build as it is highly customizable, and you can add lots of modifications and additions to the basic design for aesthetics, efficiency or ease of use etc.

I remember messing around with redstone for the first time, I was amazed at how complex its mechanics were. The first thing I tried to make was an automated crop farm; not only did they look extremely useful, making one was a pretty fun project too. In general, finding new ways to use redstone is always fun. I've just started learning the basics so constructing a TNT cannon is still something new to me.

I think diamonds are normally my most exciting discovery but I haven't really been finding any.

The best thing I've actually discovered was in a random seed I used back in the day. I created my fort, and mined down underneath, taking my time to mine it out properly. One of the very last blocks that I had to clear was hiding a massive underground system, which had a tiny opening on the surface...which in the game mechanics, made mobs spawn there.

I mined the block, and opened the hall to this huge underground network of caves and tunnels. Filled to bursting with mobs. They were stacked floor to ceiling, and just ran out of this hole like water.

I was mining for about 3 days and stumbled upon a cave full of diamonds! It was my proudest moment so far, playing survival in Minecraft. I then made a full diamond armor and sword to celebrate this wonderful discovery

I haven't played Minecraft for very long, but one of my greatest discoveries was learning how to create a nether portal. It was so very fascinating to me, and I was extremely excited to try it out. Everything about it and the nether world was so different and new to me, it was almost like being in a whole new world with a bunch of new and different rules. Now, I am just determined to discover and see what it's like to find a fortress and fight the ender dragon!

Going on anarchy servers and building gigantic fortresses near spawn on hills/mountains is quite fun. If new people invade I put diamonds in chests around the castle for them to take if they breach. it's pretty fun Forgot to mention the mountain I built it on, it was so unique looking and amazing that I asked the owner for the world schematic

I'd say the best and most fulfilling achievement in Minecraft would actually be learning how to make a "Monster Farm" by myself. I used to go into online servers, and whenever I would find a Skeleton Spawner, I'd simply make a trap there and trade the bones and arrows to other players for resources. It was quite profitable.

I think that finding the Stronghold was my most exciting discovery. Once I saw mossy stone brick, I was pretty happy! That means i found the portal to The End realm, which meant that I could fight the Ender Dragon and get tons of EXP! It also meant that I was able to start making an Enderman EXP farm.

The greatest thing I ever discovered was an absolutely huge underground mineshaft. It took days for me and some buddies to completely explore it. There were plenty of resources to find and never any shortage of places to look through. It was really a wonderful place aside from the constant spawning of spiders.

I guess it'd be exploring. I just love exploring. I think that it's wonderful to discover new things all the time. Exploring is made like 100x better, though, when you have mods installed, especially mods that add new biomes and structures into Minecraft.

Given your name, I was waiting for you to say that you'd rigged the chests to kill the player if they got greedy and tried to open too many of your chests.

When me and my friend were playing we played "castle" and had a bunch of canon's set up to blow up each others castle and it was pretty awesome haha.
