Best way to get Orange Gear?

What is the best way to get orange weapon? Does having higher loot on the boosts help? with tier boxes?

Loot boost have no effect whatsoever when it comes to getting oranges, and despite what others may say, your best chance is to buy the Tier 4 boxes. You could be incredibly lucky like me and get an orange weapon twice in a row. I also have been getting at least one orange every 10-15 purchases of the Tier 4 boxes. Also, I've NEVER gotten an orange item any way other than buying tier boxes.
