    GameStop, (A company that is currently selling pre-orders for the game - more in on the situation than us?) is advertising that the first pre-order beta is going to be the last week of April, ie: around the 27th.

    arenanet make a claim today and said that the beta weekend will be 27th-29th. they will say what the beta will be and when they will release the client either later today or tomorrow.

    doesn't seem like amazon is gonna sell CE, already went with gamestop.
