    Since worlds are over, lets talk about the champions you see used more during and after worlds.
    I know there has been a whole lot of Jayce and Janna since worlds and with that you see new players trying to take them to rank because they saw pros use them.

    Who do you think is being used more recently?

    Well, I almost never saw Rammus, and now I see the occasional one showing up.

    Obviously stuff is going to be used more because of Worlds. Arya is right about Rammus. You hardly see him around until it was played in one of final matches. Can't remember which one. Might've been Insec playing it, but again I'm not entirely sure.

    It's pretty amusing and funny to see players use a champion that they are unfamiliar with just because they saw a professional use it. Of course, I have never seen a warwick since season 5 started since it is so good in the jungle. Warwick is able to naturally sustain the jungle due to his passive which allows him to life-steal off anything and his Q which even gives him more health. And Warwick even has an ult which is a target suppress with a range of an auto-attack? That is insane. I do think that mid champs like Orianna and Syndra are being used more often since they affect team-fights so dynamically.

    When professionals use a champion that didn't define the meta before, of course the public would try to imitate their favorite players. Professionals are good at the game because they can innovate new builds and strategies. Of course, the more a professional plays a champion, the more the public plays the champion, and as awareness is raised, there are more cries for champion nerfs.

    Thats what fun about league of legends. You can do any team comp or use whatever champion the pro uses.

    People try to imitate pros, there's nothing new about it. That's not necessarily a problem if you understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. The problem starts when people don't know that and they mindlessly copy it and they wonder why they failed.

    Lissandra, Gnar, and Katarina have now been bound to all my ranked games, for who knows how long. They're also on top of my "To Ban in Solo Queue" list.
