    I will hold a contest after launch for a metro last light speed run. The person with the fastest time within 1 month after launch (may 31st) wins. The prize will be 1000 bullets. You must complete it in 6 hours or less.
    RULES
    no using guides
    no abusing cheats
    must be on ranger hardcore




    I am willing to take suggestions for more rules.

    I will not be participating, as I imagine that my first three or four playthroughs will be very, very slow... all in an attempt to soak in as much of the world as possible.

    I agree with Pip. Why would you want people to rush through a game that focuses heavily on exploration and atmosphere? :p

    I think I'll participate but it'll be around my 5th playthrough or something, so it doesn't ruin the exploring part :)

    I just have one question, how we are able to proof that we are completing the game less than 6 hours? I mean should we all record the playthrough and post it here or what?

    There's a free recorder for pc with the program MSI Afterburner. But I guess it's more difficult to document for the console players :eek:hwell:

    I'd appreciate if someone else offered a prize too, perhaps to boost it to 2k bullets, and maybe some help judging this. Does june 31st as the last day for submitons sound good?

    Thing is, bullets are worthless now. I don't think Harley gives those Gamercards for 1750 bullets, so it'd only be the prestige. But I would be able to throw a few hours into judging, if that'd be a help.

    Thanks for the judging thing, how about if the custom title thing works, I will work with harley to give the winner the title "ultimate speedrunner" ?

    New rule maybe?
    Time is to be set in [brackets] for each chapter, EXLCUDING cutscenes, so people with slower hard drives won't suffer that disadvantage.
