Does anyone have a good information link/videos for running district battles and what features are currently active in the game? Between wiki and forums I am having a really tough time figuring out what is currently in use. I only see one region, Molden Heath currently in conflict for corporations. And I currently see no way to start FW engagements (is this currently NPC driven?)

im not sure how the factionwarfare battle are trigered butas far as planetary conquest goes molden heath is being used as a testbed while they get the mechanics to a point they are happy with before opening up more reqions and eventualy player owned nulsec
