I watched the 12 minute trailer for Metro Last light. And I noticed that you can shoot through alot of stuff.
Concrete barriers would be crumbling before your very eyes..

Will the multiplayer have this destruction too?

Probably, I don't see why it wouldn't have it.

    Yeah, I agree.

Most people haven't noticed, but there is actually a lot of destructible stuff in the first game. Many of the brick/concrete walls break into chunks under fire, but they're usually off to the side. They didn't place them in the middle of the path (like all those games which love to advertise the destructible objects), but they are there.

Metro emphasised a lot of stealth so destructible environments was probably missed or went un-noticed if people played with the VSS or Helsing. To be fair I can't recollect much or any cover which was destructible in 2033.

There has been no further info on MP, but I would assume so. Maybe some bullets have greater deep impact in MP.

Yes, this is some destruction in Metro 2033, such as on the level Dry Station over near the box maze there is pillars that can fragment under fire.
On Frontline the concrete blockades would crumble under fire also

They'll probably push it as far as they can. Don't forget, having lots of destructibility is intensive on multiplayer; the developers for Battlefield 3 said they could have increased the playercap above 50 on consoles if they just removed the destructible environments.
