Cure Corpus Quest

I'm on the quest where you need to find a cure for corpus disease. I found the place I'm supposed to go, I talked to the wizard, and I got the boots from that dwarf with corpus disease, but when ever I try to go back and talk to the wizard he tells me I have to go back and get the boots again and he doesn't give me the potion

A lot of things like this happens in the Elder Scrolls series. You'll just have to load back, I'm afraid.

Either that or you killed one of the Corpus victims in the Corpusarium, I'm not sure how that'd effect your Quest, since I never killed any myself.
