Guild Wars 2 is fast approaching and it's time that all those who are without a guild start seeking a community to bond with. You may think that you have plenty of time, but why wait? You could be building friendships and bonds before the game launches! Join a community that is fitting of you, a community that allows you to play the way you want to play and is filled with like-minded people. Find your pixel home.

Deadly Betties is a laid back international Guild Wars 2 guild comprised of adults who don't act their age. We love shenanigans, mischief, and a good laugh. We're all about having a good time while still kicking pixel arses up and down the battlefield. We're not hardcore by any means, so you shouldn't expect weekly raids from us or required PvP. Instead, what you should expect from us and what we should deliver is guild wide fun. From random naked bar fights to WvWvW shenanigans, we plan on doing it all with a smile on our faces and a hearty good laugh.

Our community is diverse in culture, age, country of origins, beliefs, world views, political standings, and so on---but we are an united community. Our bond is strong and our roots run deep. We have close ties because we interact with one another on the forums, social networks, and RaidCall. We bullshit together, troll one another, and constantly derail threads. It's how our community is and we wouldn't change it for anything.

We plan on being well-known by the community for our warm members, our generous help, and our community wide events. Yes, we plan on having huge community events for all those who share our world and we even have plans in the making right now. We may not be known for our elitist attitude, but by Balthazar's Beard we will be known for our epic parties!

Until more information is released about guilds in Guild Wars 2, we will be shutting our doors to members once we reach 150 members (less than 30 slots are available at this time). So our requirements are such based upon that information:

You:

• Plan on playing Guild Wars 2.
• Will actively participate on the forum until the release of GW2.
• Must speak English.
• Are 16 years of age or older.
• Are not easily offended.
• Are able to take a joke.
• Have a good attitude.
• Are willing to use RaidCall (our VoIP).

Take a moment to browse around, read our forums that are open to the general public, visit some of the members profiles, and get a good feel of what Deadly Betties is all about. If you decide that you like us enough that you wish to join, then fill out an application.

If we're not your cup of tea, then perhaps one of our alliance guilds will be more your style. Deadly Betties already has an alliance with seven other Guild Wars 2 guilds. Those being Allied Races Coalition, Equinox, Heavenly Apocalypse, Shattered Dawn, Going Postal, Redundant Henchmen and Ravenkin. I encourage you to check them out before you write us all off.

If you're from "Down Under" and you're looking for an Aussie only guild, then check out Resonance---our sister guild. They are semi-hardcore, but they're still all about the lovin'! By joining up with them, you're still guaranteed to be in on the shenanigans and parties of Deadly Betties. You're also guaranteed to be playing with folks in your timezone who understand your strange lingo and don't make horrid references to "Mick Dundee" and his knife.

Alliance

The Alliance:

The guilds within the alliance all differ in play styles, goals, and community atmosphere. It is because of these differences that the alliance was forged. Each leader wanted to present many opportunities to their members including the chance to experience different gaming styles and to create friendships with those outside their own guild circle. By being in this alliance, members can freely switch between each guild and still have one guild to call their home.Allied Races Coalition is considered the head of the alliance; however, no guild is more powerful than the other. We all work together to come to an agreement and we strive to be understanding.

Allied Races Coalition or ARC is known for their community of artists and role-playing. They weave epic tales of adventure, bloodlust, and drunken ferocity. They are lead by Kaz and are stationed in the United States.

Deadly Betties is the party guild with a goal of being well known in Tyria for their epic community wide parties, naked conga lines, and drunken bar fights. They're lead by Aaricia and are an international guild catering to people from around the globe.

Equinox (formally known as Minions of Asgard) is a guild focused on experiencing all of Guild Wars 2 with strong ties in end-game raiding. Lead by Maguild and stationed in the United Kingdom.

Heavenly Apocalypse is the hardcore styled guild within the alliance. They're focused on dominating PvP, WvW, and the marketplace. They're lead by Cryptis Midnight and are stationed in the United States.

Going Postal is a multi-gaming guild with their hands in Guild Wars 2 and TERA. Their community will be experiencing PvPvE and have hopes of creating guides to help others in their quest to conquer Tyria. They are lead by Elixir and are located in the United Kingdom.

Ravenkin is a casual guild of gamers with a goal of having fun. They're looking for dedicated players to join their community. They are lead by Akaizhar and are stationed in the United States.

Redundant Henchmen is a PvE focused guild with many ideas for guild events including raiding, dungeon clearing, and dynamic events dominating. They are lead by Aypez and are stationed in the United Kingdom.

Shattered Dawn will be experiencing all that Guild Wars 2 has to offer and they do some role-playing as well. They are lead by Gortan and are stationed in the United States.



Sister Guilds:

Resonance is the sister guild of Deadly Betties. Sister guilds are guilds that are created by current members of Deadly Betties and that have met the approval of the leader of Deadly Betties to have the title of "Sister Guild". Unlike alliance guilds, the sister guilds are guaranteed open door invites to all of Deadly Betties guild parties, raiding, dynamic events pwn'ing, naked conga lines through town, and of course the drunken bar fights. It's a pretty sweet deal.

Resonance is a semi-hardcore guild based in Australia and it is lead by Nymaen. The guild will participate in PvE and have structured runs in PvP and WvW. Anyone who lives in the wonderful area of Australia is welcomed to check out the guild and apply.
