Diablo - best video card

    I'm looking at getting a new PC in the nest few weeks and I'm just checking to see if anybody has a recommendation for the best value video card to enable me to continue playing this game and others? Old PC had an intergrated Nvidia which coped OK but I'm looking at maybe specing for a dedicated card?

    $110 and 300w+ PSU
    AMD 7750

    $150 and 450w+ PSU
    AMD 6850


    even the AMD 6670 gives you 45FPS @1050p on average which is very good for playing an RPG

    Your best option here is the GeForce GTX 680 no doubt.

    Nvidia GTX 770 if you can afford one! Definitely an awesome card. I have a gaming laptop with a GTX 670M with 3GB of video ram in it, pretty good card for a gaming laptop and handles Diablo 3 flawlessly on ultra settings. :)

    As the others have already posted video card recommendations, let me give you this advice: Get a SSD! Diablo requires loading a ton of things from your hard drive and without an SSD it can cause super lag spiked. SSD's in general are just great and they cause load times across the board to be super fast.

    If you plan on playing high graphic games I would go with a powerful GPU and a quality PSU I don't know if you have a budget or not, but if you don't I would with a AMD 7950 and Antec PSU if you don't decide to run crossfire a 520w would e good enough to run this card.

    You don't need a really great graphics card to play Diablo 3, I played it fine on my onboard card. However, you may as well grab a decent one so you can play other games. The one I always recommend if you're looking for value is the GeForce GTX 650, such a great card for dirt cheap.

    I would not recommend onboard GPU's especially if you plan on playing more graphic intensive unless your just going to play Diablo 3and that's it, but if you plan on playing games like Battlefield 4 or GTA V for example an onboard GPU won't cut it, but it depends on your budget and what games you want to play as what settings.
