Did you guys brought Mincraft or got it for free?

I bought it and play on PC.

 

I bought it too. I don't like the Xbox 360 version though. I've always played on PC because ti's just so much better on there.

 

I bought and only play it on the PC, you can't do anything on the Xbox version, it is just very limited. I don't think you can get the PC one anywhere for free.

 

I have not gotten it yet, but I am going to purchase it for the PC, so that I can play. I hear so much about this game and I am ready to play it, so I am getting it sometime this month.

 

Obviously bought it. You're pretty lucky to be able to buy an Xbox with the game already in it in a Pawnshop, but I do think that the developers deserve the money. It's only about $25, so it's not much either.

 

I won the game in a contest! It was during a Qubetubers livestream. They were a group that did Minecraft let's plays back in 2011. We had to PM them what the title of Notches first post on tumbr was and when it was posted. I was the fastest to provide the information so I won a gift code.

 

I bought the game, and probably at its most expensive point. I got it just after 1.0 and back then (not sure if they still do), they would change the prices based on how many people were buying the game.

 

I bought it off the official website for the PC, I still play it today. The version was around 1.7.3 when I first got it.

 

I got it as a gift when it first came out from friends who thought i would like it. I am so glad they did. I have loved playing all these years.

 

I bought into the alpha...beta, whatever they were calling it when preorders first went up!

 

I bought it early on, cheap as all hell price. Now the price is at 2o euroes or something, glad I bought it when I did.

 

Yea i bought it at the start. It was kind of cheap at that time so i'm happy i did it. If you compare price today and then there is huge difference. Today it cost somewhere between 20-25 euros.

 

My friends forced me to buy it about a few years ago. I was a bit hesitant at the time, but now I think it was definitely a good buy.

 

I bought the PC version and then I bought the Xbox 360 version, and I'll probably buy the Xbox One version, too. I feel like Minecraft is one thing worth paying for, although I could pirate it for PC. I chose to buy it, though. It's not that costly.

 

I first played Minecraft when I went to my friend's house. I found it awesome so I decided to buy it for my PC. Right now, I'm thinking about getting a copy for my Xbox One. Not sure if it would be worth it, though.

 

I have it on the 360 and I got it for free, can't really remember how exactly but it's always been there, I think I got it off a license transfer most likely.

 

NOPE, the first time I torrented it. But I liked it so much that I actually bought the real game. I must admit getting it for free was pretty sweet when I had no money. I wouldn't pay for the Xbox one though.

 

Got it while they had an offer to get 2 keys while only paying once (limited offer because of a wedding). A friend of mine loved the game too, but he didn't have the money to purchase it at the time, so I gave him my spare key to be able to play with me.

 

No, I got it for free, but not through torrents or pirating. My friend gave me a copy the very next day that he bought the game because he claims that the isn't what he expected and he was so frustrated that he had to punch a lot of trees all the time. I don't think he spend a lot of time trying to figure out the game.
