Do God items scale according to rank?

So far I got the sheild from Apollo but It's a teir 1. It's got some pretty lame stats. If I wait till I'm rank like 100 and then go get the other god items... Will they have a chance to spawn with bonus's like +40 Health?

I guess I'm asking if the god items will be better if I unlock them when I'm a higher rank.

No, all of the God items are Tier 1 and become horrible whem compared to Tier 3 and even some Tier 2 weapons and shields. Im almost rank 200 and they haven't gotten better with my rank either
