Do you feel like this is the Best Free MOBA game out there?

    What do you think? If you've tried other games like League of Legends, do you feel you like this one the most?

    My answer is simple. Yes. I've had my fair share of playing a few MOBA games. Like Heroes of Newerth, Defense of the Ancients, Bloodline Champions and Smite! To be completely honest, I got bored of those games after a few minutes and hours of trying them. I'm sure some will disagree with me. That's alright! We all have our own opinions. I just didn't really care for those other MOBA games, and always saw myself going back and playing League of Legends. Plus it literally is all free unless you can't wait to buy a certain champion with Influence Points, or feel the need to show off a champion skin! Right now the only MOBA game that I have on my computer is League of Legends. The rest I uninstalled. League of Legends is my pick.

    So what do you think? League of Legends your favorite too? Or something else?

    I wouldn't say that it's the best MOBA out there, but it's certainly the biggest for sure. Moreover, it's not a MOBA. It's a RTS game.

    No its not the best MOBA. It is the most popular one as wowtgp said. The issue with LOL that makes it actually quite horrible is not the game mechanics, but the community. The community won't forgive even a slightest mistake, you will always be flamed and nobody will ever pay any respect to you. It's worse then the COD community.

    +1 on this one. Although I'm considering myself to be a fan-boy of League of Legends, at the same time, I consider it to be subpar compared to other moba games out there, skill cap is lower thus having so many divisions and what not. It's a simple casual game, great for the company to get income. Easy game = More players = more money.

    I do, I love playing LoL it is so exciting, but very frustrating if your not winning. I haven't really played that many, just MapleStory and LoL and I liked LoL much more, but that's just my opinion.

    I think LoL is the easiest MOBA to start out in. It doesn't have a steep learning curve like DOTA 2, which requires a lot of knowledge to play properly. I guess the same can go with LoL.

    Lol still have a big learning curve, but the Dota one is bigger. Moba games can be really tough for new players, but after you get it, you'll have lots of fun. That's what happened to me! :)

    LoL is by far the most popular MOBA out there at the moment and I will admit I play that game way more than I should, but I also honestly don't enjoy it much anymore. I usually only play with friends or if I am by myself I have to turn off chat because the community around that game is so toxic now.

    LoL is the most popular, but I'd say that right now, Dota 2 is a better game than LoL.
    I enjoy both games, but I find Dota 2 more fun to play because it has many mechanics that LoL doesn't have.

    Personally, I prefer DotA. One thing I do not like in LoL it's that there are no denies available for creeps and heroes. This denies make a huge differene in gameplay between these 2 games. LoL has it's own perks, but I'm a bigger fan of DotA.

    League is definitely not only a MOBA, but an RTS game as well. There's always big debates and comparisons made between LoL and DotA, but in my opinion, I think both games are great. Any game that is based on strategies, skills shots, and teamwork is a game that I would definitely not mind playing.

    The best one for me, yeah, and also the most popular. But many people might say that it isn't quite this way, being exceeded by DoTA or whatever... opinions over opinions :)

    I find that that's not as true at higher ranks. Maybe people disagree with me, but most of the flaming I experienced happened when I was in Bronze/Silver and while it still happened a bit in Gold it wasn't that bad. I could usually just level-headedly explain things and defuse the situation.
    I think that LoL is a really solid game, and while I have only played DotA and LoL, I haven't ever felt an interest in picking up one of the other games. LoL had me for four years and I can't imagine walking away from it now.

    Dota2 is a better game in my opinion. League is only more popular because it is easier to learn.

    League is a game that's difficult to really place into any sort of category. The best way to explain it is "No I don't think it's the best free to play ARTS game out there" because of several reasons.
    The runes system is an idiotic concept designed to force you to grind non-stop. Whilst I don't mind unlocking champions allowing you to slowly take your time with each one you buy, I find runes are just silly.
    The new mastery system is a gimmick, and anyone who says League is a "truly free ARTS" is lying to themselves.

    Not the BEST MOBA, but is the most POPULAR right now. The game is not bad, but the community really lacks. The people on this game can be super troll sometimes and it's really annoying.

    I enjoy LoL as a free MOBA game, it's one of your "go-to" games if you don't have cash and you're looking to burn time. I don't enjoy the requirement of IP/RP to purchase champions--as you're forced to farm a lot of games or buy RP. I think that DoTA 2 is probably the best MOBA but it is a serious competitor especially in eSports.
