Do any of you guys have far right groups like in England we have the English Defence League - Basically a group of idiots who see all Muslims as a group of benefit thieving job stealing terrorists and use the EDL as an excuse to be racist to Muslims then fail to realise that Christianity is just as bad if not worse than Islam. (They're mostly Christians)

The British National Party is basically the same but they hate anyone who isn't a white Brit basically.

Also I've heard that there's a large group of people in Germany trying to start up the 4th reich or something like that.

So, does anyone else have these sorts of groups? It seems to me that since everyone has fallen into recession that they're looking for people to blame. Much like Nazi Germany did.

I forgot to mention that I do not agree with any of their views although i'm interested in the German army during ww2. (hence why I chose to join the 4th Reich on the poll of which Metro faction i'd join)

Of course. Here in Belgium we have Vlaams Belang and the Wallonian equivalent is pretty much the FDF. Compulsory voting for Belgium tomorrow, by the way. Cerberus is not going.

I probably should have said what far right groups do you have? Every country has them but i'm just interested in what yours are like. I won't be surprised however, if they are all basically the same.

In Poland, we have "Narodowe Odrodzenie Polski" and "Młodzież Wszechpolska" - I've linked their names to the English versions of their Wikipedia articles, if you want to read more about them. ;) But yeah, basically, most far-right group across the world share many similar ideas (obviously fascist and authoritarian movements are some of the stronger currents here). You'll probably see differences in their social beliefs, how they would want to handle economy and their symbolism. For example, both NOP and Młodzież Wszechpolska are similar to the EDL (though perhaps slightly more radical), but they concentrate more on antisemitism rather than Islamophobia.

In the end, all of these movements are absurd. If everyone in the world embraced them - we would not only live without freedom, but reach the extinction of our own species much sooner. Worst part is that their leaders can sometimes be very influential people. Just as the BNP and the EDL try to use the huge numbers of immigrants to give the nationalists of England a common enemy and unite them under their banner, the same happens with Poland, Russia or other Eastern European countries. However, in those areas, right wingers often use panslavist ideas of Slavic unity to appeal to the youth, brainwashing them in the process and filling them with hate for other ethnicities. Ten there are also Polish and Russian nationalistic movements which hate each other, but may work together when they encounter anarchists or other radically left-wing movements.

Unfortunately,we got plenty of Fascsit/far-right groups in Italy, being Mussolini italian.
    Just to name some:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Right Fascist group.Still use the Roman Salute, although it is banned from the Constitution.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forza_Nuova Another fascist group. They also organise rock concerts and stuff to appeal to the young.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaetano_SayaThis man here is currently under investigation from the police, since had he not only joined far-right/Stay-behind group http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Gladio,but he also created a few years ago a group called "Italian Nationalist Party". I don't think i need to add anything if i tell you that their uniform had a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Sun_(occult_symbol) and dangerously looked like a Nazi uniform.

In the Netherlands it's of course the PVV from Geert Wilders, which you might know. Although they ar not extreme right, you can feel Wilders doesn't like foreigners, which is ironic because he is married to a Hungarian woman.

I don't see why you could say that we are at fault for their existance, since most of these groups are protected by the Government and most of their violent actions are minimased...

The Nazi party was protected by the Government, and their violent actions were once far and few between too.. but then look what happened.

well, here they infiltrate demonstrations held by far left with undercover fascists/cops who randomly set on fire cars and smash stuff, so the police can charge the rest of the people...

^ Oh dear i'm glad we don't have that sort of thing over here or at least, we don't hear about it on the news. Although I wouldn't be surprised since our government is a corrupt piece of shit.

Well, it's kinda unbelievable, but one President of the Republic stated without hesitation that "We have to infiltrate demonstration with undercover cops and agitators, whose role will be smashing stuff. After this, the police will be justified in charging the demonstrators. This way we will criminalise dissent."

Sounds like a sting operation and I see no problem with that.
It's a shame they're not allowed in the UK, we'd see a lot less trouble if the police performed these operations.

No, no. That's not what I meant. I meant that I feel sympathy and respect to the antifascists of Italy because they have to deal with so much fascism in their country. ;) I have the same sentiment towards the Russian antifascists as there is a crapload of fascists in Russia right now. Unfortunately, Poland is starting to have more & more trouble with young far-right pricks too. :(
