I chose the linear, because that's what I'm used to, and what I'm best with. The circular one worked well in assassin's creed, though.

I prefer playing with a controller so circular for me. EDIT: I actually should be voting for both because both should be carried over from 2033 to Last Light.

I want to see a poll about universal slots. I care not if my inventory is in a circle or a line...

I think he made the poll because I brought it up in a thread.

Oh and there's a really handy button you can click, it says "new thread"

This is just a question but, just so that we're on the same page, those that vote for the linear inventory system do so because they're PC gamers?

I prefer linear, and I'm a PC gamer, but looking at the screenshots, for me the circular inventory is rihgt smack in the middle of the screen and, imho, is a bit distracting and invasive, so yeah, I stick with linear. don't like circular inventories anyways.

I voted for linear btw. Should be linear for PC and circle for console. ;) Come on THQ/4A lets get it together here lol.

As I mentioned previously: I prefer playing with a controller and a circular inventory certainly helps. I couldn't imagine playing 2033 without it on consoles. There's no use for it on PC.
About it being distracting and invasive: so is the linear system. In fact, I'd much rather have no HUD whatsoever but a seperate button that takes me to an inventory menu where I can manage health, items and weapons. But that's just me longing for a return to old school survival horror.

I only know how to use the linear system on console. Still can't understand how to change weapons using the circular system.
