Do you think Arytom should speak more in Metro: Last Light than he did in Metro 2033?

In a different game called Dead Space, the main character, Isaac, never spoke. But in the sequel, Dead Space 2, Isaac had much more dialogue - and some fans enjoyed him speaking more.

Dead Space is a fantastic example of this and a fantastic game series at that. But during Metro 2033, other than the cutscenes, Artyom only speaks once during the story of the game. It is when you first encounter a demon on the surface with Bourbon, Artyom faintly says "What the fuck?" When I first heard it, I laughed really hard because I said it the same time as Artyom. That little thing made my experiences in that level a little bit more memorable. So to answer the question, yes. I think Artyom should speak more in Metro Last Light. I'd like to have more of those little moments.

Well, the reason why Artyom never spoke that much was because of the immersion that you're supposed to get. So that you feel like you are Artyom, in the metro, and don't feel like you're inside someone else's body. I'm thinking perhaps they should preserve this feature for Last Light as well?

    Thats true!

Also, Remember those Garfield comic books when I was a kid, when they made the movie i was like "What the fuck? he dosnt sound like that!" xD

Having written notes from Artyom would be fine though I would think

I wouldn't mind more spoken narrative from Artyom in between the chapters of the story, but none of that during gameplay. It would break immersion.

I hated how in dead space 2 isac talked more... I think that in last light they should keep to the talking within the loading screens but nothing more.
