Does anyone know if ESO is out yet, if not then what's launch day?

    haven't heard much about ESO since Pax east, anyone know if it's out yet or if not then what's the release date? I was told it was to come out around november this year or like early next year, but I'm not so sure about it.

    Indeed- I received my beta key just a few days ago! I can tell you that the game is pretty amazing so far! There are quite a few bugs and glitches but given that it is in Beta mode I suppose I can forgive them.

    The game has been in beta for awhile now as far as when the game comes out I am not to sure, but whatever the set release date is I am expecting a delay which is fine with me since I am not buying the game right away.

    I don't intend on buying the game when it first comes out either. It will likely be very bugged until they find ways to deal with the server overloads.

    If I get into the beta, then I will buy the game at launch since I will know generally how ready it is for launch. But if I don´t get to play the beta, I will probably wait until 5 weeks after launch, until the people who hate the game have left after their free month.

    There have been just way too many very bad MMO launches ( AOC for example) to deal with the first month. I´ve played enough MMOs to where starting a month behind most players isn´t that big of a deal. I´ll get caught up quick enough.

    Good luck getting into beta I didn't even try I am going to wait a year after the game comes out hopefully GTA V will be out for PC by then so that can tie me over for awhile and many other games!

    Tell us more, make a gameplay video :D I really want to see a realistic one, not an edited one. Also, where did you signup to receive a beta key? Thanks!

    It seemed like crap when I played it. Most of the voices weren't recorded and had text-to-speech placeholders and generally was laggy as all hell and I don't have a bad computer. I was really disappointed. I really hope they polish the crap out of it before release. I wouldn't even call the beta a beta I'd go as far to say it was an Alpha...

    Right now the release date is on April 4, 2014. Whether there's going to be delays is yet to be seen. Keep our fingers crossed that it doesn't get delayed.

    I have a feeling it will be but I'm hoping not. I just think it may need more time. Generally these things do. Zenimax Online was founded to make this game. I hope it isn't their last. For their sake.

    I think it's going to be delayed, but then again people that are beta testing know more on rather the game s almost complete, but I am expecting at least one delay on the release date because they are asking players to put a lot of money forward to play this game so it better be good.

    Delays are so common these days but even if it's delayed, it will only be good to the game. The devs will have more time to sort out bugs, server issues, etc. Truth be told, Elder Scrolls games are bugs and glitch fests.

    This will hopefully be worth the wait. Even if they delay it, as long as it's good when it gets released, I'm sold. It seems likely it'll be delayed since we haven't seen too much on it by now.

    I can not say much because of the privacy agreement but ESO is really not that bad, I mean it could be better but certainly not the worst I have played.

    True we can only hope for the best, but personally I don't mind a delay in release if that means we get a better product.

    Personally I'd *prefer* if the game was delayed. It shows they are really trying to work more bugs out before release. A buggy launch can be very offputting and cause the game to fail. Having no playability is NOT fun. I'd rather wait for a complete game, so I won't be buying in at launch. Hopefully within the first few months and a couple big updates.
