    Steam has placed this game under those who have already purchased Don't Starve on Steam! Has anyone tried the game with a friend yet? If so, how is it? It is under beta testing, so it'll probably be pretty buggy.

    I played it with my brother yesterday. Surprisingly, it wasn't buggy at all! While we had some connectivity issues in the beginning, it was a smooth ride from then on. If you liked Don't Starve, you won't be disappointed: it's quite simply don't starve with a friend.

    I played 2-3 months ago with a friend. At first it was really enjoyable and hilarious, but as time went on it ecame boring that we always had to start over. Our record was 23 or so days, when we froze to death in the winter.

    That's awesome that it wasn't too bad! My boyfriend and I haven't had the chance to play it together yet, but that's awesome!

    Does anyone know if they also included the DLC in the game or is it just harder? It seems harder to me, but I might be wrong.

    Really nice for the devs to give free copies to owners of Don't Starve who don't have this game. I spent ~$5 on this game a few months ago but never seemed really attracted to it, probably because I could only play singleplayer. I'll definitely try this out with a friend now though.

    I've bought Don't Starve MegaPack when it sale last month. I've played Don't Starve almost everyday and it's fun to play. I gave my sister a copy of Don't starve Together and until now we can't play because my sister has a job.

    It is really fun, but if you haven't played the DLC, you're in for a rude awakening. There's a lot of new additions to the game with the DLC attached and it can be kinda hard to get use to. But overall, it is pretty fun. I'd highly recommend it. It's not buggy at all, and it just looks awesome.

    Haven't tried it yet, but having someone else to blame for all the bad things that happen sure sounds good. :)

    It's a nice game overall, though not worth the price they're asking. It isn't much and you'd say it's a bargain, but... nah. I just don't catch its drift is all.

    It's actually not all that buggy unless you have a slow internet connection. As an avid fan of the game and DLC for it, I can say it's pretty well worth what their asking for it if you're into this kind of genre of game.

    So I heard the game came out of now compared to my post around a month ago. I've bought the game a long time ago for $5 so hopefully it's worth it. Now if I can find someone to play the game with..

    I've been on the fence with this game for this very reason. It seems like something I'd be really into for a few days and then get bored (like mobile games.) Could people who already played give a little more input on the pros and cons of the game? What makes it so popular?

    I think Markiplier played it at one point? I vaguely remember watching someone on YouTube play it, so I think it was him. I've seen a few of my friends play it, both the original and the mulitplayer, but I never understood the draw? The style of it is very nice though!

    Honestly, the game is worth it. But, you could always wait for a sale to get it. I really thoroughly enjoyed it, and it has so much potential with the workshop as well. I highly recommend the single player or the multiplayer to enjoy. It really is entertaining and I like the multiplayer much more than the single player.

    I watched a couple of Let's Plays on youtube but I don't really like the game overall. I don't know, it just doesn't spark interest to me. All my friends play it though, so I guess it's fun! :D
