Dungeon Waiting times

    I dont think the patch helped a lot on this problem. I know you tanks and healers are not experiencing this problem but its always tough for us DPS. I remember waiting for sastasha for 45 minutes, and almost the same for Ifriit. It was kinda annoying and I know the game makes up for it because dungeons are the best part of the game.

    Im not whining or anything Im just stating my opinion btw.

    Sounds like a problem I know if I was paying for a game monthly and I had to wait I would be POed, but that's me if I am paying for something I shouldn't have to wait that long, but that's just my two cents.

    It's not for every single class though, its just for the DPS guys. Healers and Tanks wont experience this because they are always in demand for dungeons.
    It doesnt hurt the game IMO. Its so good that the game makes up for this.

    I agree, while it is a pain in the butt, the dungeons are the best part. I'm not going to say that I *like* it, but if we have to wait, we have to wait. I had to wait on Ifriit for almost 40 minutes...

    For DPS it is almost always a problem no matter what game you are playing. I have actually noticed this on all sides lately, for some reason the wait is always longer than the previous year (when you average out for games you have played for years).

    You think the game is so good that it doesn't hurt it to have to wait forever to play? I don't know if I agree. DPS not being able to get it is super frustrating. I would say that the Dungeons are the best part, but having to wait is irritating.

    Solution to this: play a tank or a healer. It is much more safisfying anyways. They play much more important roles in the teams, have shorter queue times
    If you play as a DPS, just switch classes and level something else while waiting. I'm leveling Botanist while I wait for dungeons as a BLM.

    Now I feel like a total noob. I hadn't thought of that and it seems like a simple enough solution. Thanks Hurricane, I'm gonna give it a try next time.
