I don't know if the game is supposed to do that or if you should really fight him off but when I reached him at the end of the chamber he was lying on the ground and he was talking about killing him or letting him go. I usually play the game stealth so I was crouching when I approached him. Cicero was lying down and I was about to kill him but I accidentally hit the button for 'Steal' which brought me to Cicero's inventory and I was able to took his gold. Seeing that this guy is about to die anyway I thought it's okay to mug him upfront while being detected but once I hit 'Steal' and I took his gold he stood up, with full health and he attacked me saying something about me being a thief or something. Is that supposed to happen?
Well that's weird. I never really experienced that because I almost instantly killed him when I got there because he's kind of an ass if you ask me and I really hated him. It's a shame though, he could've been a great crazy clown character.
I know, it is kind of weird and glitched in a way. I mean, you see the guy practically dying and bleeding out and I accidentally picked his pocket and then he stood up and we fought. I guess he hates to get robbed before he dies.
