    Rogue Element Gaming is an upcoming e-sports club with primary focus on the upcoming game, Guild Wars 2. We're going to focus on the game mode Structured PvP, which will be the e-sports setting in Guild Wars 2. REG is European, so the European GW2 scene will be our primary target and then we will expand from there. Even though there may be many other teams with high ambitions, when it comes to Structured PvP, we want REG will stand out of the crowd. We are aiming to be the best team in the world, and by doing so, make a living out of playing GW2 professionally.

    We in REG believe that Guild Wars 2's Structured PvP will become a popular e-sport. With the e-sport business is growing rapidly, there are good possibilities if you work hard, however, there are no security that we will succeed, therefore it is important that everyone on the team are passionate about e-sports and motivated to work hard to become the best team.

    "When you try something, you'll have 2 possible outcomes;
    Success or Failure.
    When you don't try, you'll only have 1 possible outcome;
    Failure."

    We wish to build Rogue Element Gaming into an organization with support and sponsors that could possibly give our players the option to travel around the world to compete in prestigious leagues and tournaments.

    Through Rogue Element gaming we wish to travel around the world to compete as one of the best against the best, to make a living from something we truely love/ are passionate about and to give ourself an experience we will never ever forget.

    Rogue Element Gaming will be moving into a gaming house shortly before the release of Guild Wars 2. This is mandatory for every team member. We are looking to make revenue through streaming, coaching, YouTube, tournament winnings and other services. By making good results at tournaments, possibilities of sponsors will also arise.

    Moving into a gaming house from day 1 is a part of the team’s dedication and it will give a lot of advantages:
    - A head start against other serious teams and competitors
    - A good work environment with no distractions
    - Living with team mates, bonding the team and building the team stronger together
    - Motivation to work hard every day; practice, talk over strategies, analyze, etc.
    - Partners for physical exercise. It is good to be in good shape, even when you play video games professionally. We hope some daily physical exercise can help us in preventing injures such as shoulder problems, back problems, wrist pains and other possible injures.

    At the moment we have a 4/5 line-up. (IGN = In Game Name)
    IGN Bamboocha: 20 years old German player, who also is known name in the Guild Wars 1 competitive PvP scene. He plays on a high level in League of Legends and currently attends the ESL pro-series, where he plays against European top teams.
    IGN Dommedag: 24 years old Norwegian player who is very updated what is going on in e-sports. He also got experience from top 30 on the ladder in Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne 2v2. Additionally, he’s played WoW for 7 years and has been through a couple of the world’s best raiding guilds.
    IGN Amazon: 21 years old Danish player who has been playing competitive arena-type games for a long time. Notably, Diablo II Euro-PvP with several tournaments won, WoW arena with gladiator achievement and Bloodlines champions, where he played at top level. He also played Bloodline Champions for Team Druidz at Dreamhack, a major LAN event in Sweden.
    IGN NotASheep: 23 Years old Norwegian player without any big achievements. Regardless of that he has been a dedicated gamer for over 15 years and is a very good team player.

    We're currently in search of 1 player in order to fill our pre-made roster for Guild Wars 2.
    With the big ambitions, the standards are high.
    *You must be 20 years or older.
    *You must understand that this is not only a game, but also your job and income.
    *You must speak and write English fluently.
    *You must have a lifestyle that can support the teams’ plans.
    *You must have your passport updated to make sure we won't encounter any issues whenever we're flying to a tournament.
    *You must be a person who has the ability to socialize with your own team and be easy to be around with.
    *You must be somewhat accessible online until we move into the gaming house.
    *You must have a computer that can handle Guild Wars 2 and to stream on high quality. (FPS, freeze, lag are all problems that are not welcome).

    You also need to have a saved up start-up capital for at least 3-4 months of living in the gaming house. We pretty much expect to pay the expenses ourselves during the first few months until our streams/tournament winnings/coaching/other services can cover our expenses.
    As things looks right now, the gaming house will most likely be located in Sweden, as it is relatively cheap and have good internet connections.

    With all the offers around, why pick Rogue Element Gaming?
    Rogue Element Gaming is a team that strives to be the best and is motivated to put in hard work to achieve it. Everyone on the team is expected to do their best and they can expect the same from their team mates. We are a team who are passionate about e-sports and making it our lifestyle and profession.
    Being in Rogue Element Gaming, you are very likely to have a lot of good experiences, live in a gaming house, which will be both your office and your home, make new friends, travel to events to compete, live your dream, etc.

    We believe that if you are passionate about something, you should do something about it. We are not let down by people who tell you that you can’t do something; instead we strive to prove them wrong.
