Final Fantasy 9 is one of my favorite FF games of all time. It went back to the roots of Final Fantasy series and it featured many beautiful locations. My favorite location would have to be Alexandria. The place feels so full of life. The castle is nicely designed and there is a certain feel about the place that I just can't describe. I think it would be nice to live there too.
It's been along time since I played FF 9, but when I was younger I loved the Ice Caverns it might have been just the fact that where I live we don't get snow so it was like the closest thing to it.
I find it kind of funny that you love the Ice Caverns because that's one of the places that I hate the most in the game. I just never liked the enemies in the Ice Caverns. I found myself getting beaten up most of the time. I liked the Poison Forest/Petrified Forest more than the caverns.
