Favorite (racial) mount

I love Night Elf mounts. I never was an alliance guy, but everytime I played alliance, I played night elf for the mounts.

 

I like Dwarf mounts as I'm an engineer. I don't like the rams but I do like mechanical mounts. I haven't played any characters other than Dwarves to the point where I could buy the highest mount.

 

Night Elf is definitely my favorite. I Love riding around on a bad ass cat. As far as Horde mounts go, Orc and Troll are my favorite.

 

Flight form as a druid. I love the concept of shape shifting, and I love birds.

 

I think the Orc mounts look really cool, both the regular ones and the flying ones. Well animated too. Back when the game first came out my favourite mount was the Tauren mount, the Kodo. I really liked the Kodo unit in Warcraft III, and I thought it was awesome to be able to have your own Kodo beast to run around on.

For the Alliance races, I have to agree with everyone that mentioned the Night Elf mount.

 

I have always loved the Black War Kodo you could get through PvP. It looked fabulous with my geared Tauren Hunter and his Bhag'thera panther companion tamed when it was still an Elite. I've had it since TBC days of WoW.

It just looks so raw and powerful, especially when my hunter is wearing the Tier 4 PvP set.

 

Either the Kodo or the Night Elf Tigers. They were both really intimidating to see coming and were awesome mounts. My favorite of all time was the Zul'Gurub Tiger.

 

Tigers are great too. That would have to be my second favourite after flight form.

 

I love the undead skeleton horse mounts, but I've always been alliance except at the beginning of Vanilla when I was Orc Horde, but back then it was almost impossible to get a skeleton horse as an orc.. You would first need to get exalted rep which was hard enough(time consuming) and then you would need I believe it was around 500-600g to get the epic mount and during the Vanilla I never went pass 300g lol
I did get epic mount from doing PvP(got 1 Field Marshal and 2 Grand Marshals, talk about no life lol )

 

I like Bloodelf mounts. Not expansive at all.

 

So far, I love the undead horses one can ride as a mount when playing as part of the undead legions serving the horde. I want one that has green fire for a mane. I can dream.

 

For Horde: Blood Elf and Troll mounts. The birds and raptors are colorful and fun to look at. For Alliance: Night Elf and Dwarf. Tigers and rams are pretty awesome.

 

I've always liked the undead steeds. They seem pretty badass looking for me, probably because I watch every zombie film and TV show known to man, along with my love for scary looking stuff. I sometimes roleplay as an undead warrior who kills every man on sight, it's always funny seeing peoples reactions.

 

Might just be my tauren bias, but I'd say kodo. They are big, cool, come in all sorts of colors and armors. I still want the purple kodo outside the base in winterspring.

Second up would have to be the night elf saber cats. They are more sleek, really cool to run around on, and again, come in all sorts of colors.

Third would be the goblin trike. Just due to the rarity of that form of mechanical mount. The only other mechanical strictly land vehicle is the mechano hog. Really just screams cool.

 

I'm Alliance so I'm not too familiar with the Horde mounts.
Out of the Alliance racial mounts, I think the ones that look the best are the Saber Cats, they look good on any other race.
