    That's not dumbing it down, I think they just mean that the AI isn't as ridiculously stupid and random as in 2033. Hopefully it means that when I decide to light up a group of Nazis with my Kalash they actually take cover on the right side of the sandbags instead of having their back to me and hopefully they will stop running backwards and forwards trying to get a good shot on me but being too stupid to make up their minds about which cover is better.
