Please help me figure out what's wrong. The cutscene here will not start and my character just runs in circles and I have to exit. The FPS in my video is very bad because of the recording program it runs smoothly otherwise. I've rolled back to 14.4 uninstalled and reinstalled idk what to do. Please help

I too had this problem at the start but then I restarted from the last checkpoint and played again.
Also make sure when u run towards the door runs from the right side and while running don't leave the forward button. Also leave the mouse while running towards the door. This worked for me. I don't know why it is like that but it worked for me. You can give it a try.
