Game company to be a part of?

Does working for a game publisher count? It doesn't matter which company and game it would be, though it would be nice to work for Asiasoft or Nexon. And I would like to be the community manager, the one that interacts with the community in the forums and during in-game events. This position plays an important part in the operations of a game publisher as the community manager acts as the mediator between the playerbase and the decision-makers of a game publisher. It is also in charge of moderating the forums and usually facilitates in-game events along with the game moderators/masters, so this is basically the jack of all trades. Being a game moderator is also nice, though their primary task is to monitor the game and doesn't have forum priviledges like a community manager does.

 

I would have loved to work for Black Isle Studios/Bioware in the golden days. Most of my favorite games came from those two companies and I would have loved to share my ideas with them. Also, the position I would have applied to would have been game designer/content writer.

 

Dice is a good one, I like the bonuses they give to their employees, a friend of mine has been working with em for only a couple months, he's almost done paying off his student loan already...
