[Get VExXeD] E-sports team recruiting

I'm proud to announce that VexX has a dedicated E-Sport division which is a separate branch of our Guild Wars 2 division dedicated to professional gaming and tournament play inside of Guild Wars world. Recruitment is very selective and has very specific requirements from each member.

1. A member must be able to Dedicated 4-6 hours 3-5 times a week. The ability to scrim or be available for organized practice on Monday, and Wednesday (there is a possibility of another day to be added as well).
2. A member must be able to theory craft, respec for the needs of the team, keep up on forums and class discussions, and to stay informed on all aspects of the two professions you are to play.
3. Must be able to communicate over voice competently and understand battle coms.
4. Must be willing to play your alternate profession or to play a spec that you don't usually play.
5. Must be willing to play on a Central server.

Each member must also be willing to attend try outs (conquest and WvW), in order to evaluate how they are able to takes direction, how they respond to specific situations, and how well they play with the rest of the team.

2. Register for a forums account. Various circumstances can cause registration to be locked or restricted. If that is the case, post in the recruitment thread to let us know you are interested and we will manually start an account for you.

3. Apply. There are instructions in the application forum for you to follow. Please make sure you follow them! Also specify you are applying for the E-Sports branch of VexX.

4. Keep up your application. We do have an application process, during which time your application will be voted upon by the current members. You will be expected to participate with other VexX members in-game. In addition, you are expected to maintain a presence on our TeamSpeak server and on the VexX forums during this time to allow us to judge your overall fit with the group.

5. Final decision. Based on the feedback from the current VexX members, the VexX leadership will make a final decision regarding your application. If you are not accepted into the community you will (potentially) still be allowed to play with us as a Division Member or as a guest.


Other requirements
1. Must use TeamSpeak3 and have a working microphone.
2. The time and ability to properly fill out an application (simply saying "because i'm uber" is not enough).
3. Don't be a douche.
